Job Description Summary The Director, Supplier Transfer PMO will lead a global organization of approximately 30 professionals responsible for executing supplier transfer programs across GE HealthCare. This is a transformational leadership role focused on building a best-in-class PMO that accelerates supplier transfers while ensuring quality, regulatory, operational, and business requirements are met.

The role combines strategic leadership, organizational development, and execution excellence to deliver business outcomes including cost productivity, supply continuity, risk reduction, capacity expansion, and supplier resiliency. Success requires influencing senior leaders, driving organizational change, developing talent, and leading enterprise-wide transformation through Lean principles, digital technologies, and standardized operating frameworks.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Enterprise Leadership Lead and develop a global team of approximately 30 employees across multiple regions.

Establish and lead the Global Supplier Transfer PMO, driving execution excellence across the enterprise portfolio. Lead organizational transformation, capability building, and operating model development to establish a best-in-class organization. Drive talent management, succession planning, workforce development, and leadership coaching to build a strong leadership pipeline. Develop scalable supplier transfer processes, governance models, and operating mechanisms.

Own portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, risk management, and executive reporting. Program Execution Lead end-to-end supplier transfer programs through production readiness and stabilization. Partner across Engineering, Supplier Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Manufacturing, Service, Logistics, and Product Management functions. Drive disciplined project execution, milestone management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.

Leverage digital tools and automation to improve visibility, resource planning, and decision making. PMO Governance & Performance Establish KPI-driven governance, executive dashboards, and operating review mechanisms. Drive data-based decision making through portfolio reviews, visual management, and standardized reporting. Ensure consistent execution through milestone reviews, risk management, and escalation processes.

Track and deliver business outcomes related to cost, resiliency, supply continuity, capacity, and growth. Transformation & Continuous Improvement Champion Lean principles and continuous improvement across the supplier transfer lifecycle. Lead process simplification, standardization, digitization, and automation initiatives. Drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and adoption of new ways of working.

Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field. 10+ years of leadership experience in program management, sourcing, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or transformation organizations. Proven success leading large global teams and developing high-performing organizations.

Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business results. Experience building PMOs, governance frameworks, KPI systems, and executive dashboards. Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation, change management, and operating model evolution. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders in a global matrixed environment. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree (MBA or technical discipline).
