Emergency Relief Assessor – Morley WA   SCHADS Level 3 | Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid working arrangements available   Why this role matters   Every day, people reach out during moments of financial stress, uncertainty or overwhelm. About the role   As an Emergency Relief Assessor, you will speak with community members over the phone, listen to their story, understand their   needs   and connect them with practical support that can make a real difference in their day-to-day lives.

You will provide referrals and advocacy that help people access the right supports at the right time. You will   maintain   accurate   client records,   identify   risks   and escalate matters when   required . You will work collaboratively with your team and local mission partners to ensure people feel supported from the moment they reach out. This full - time, permanent role is based at our Morley site, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:45am–5:15pm.

Flexible hybrid working arrangements to be agreed with the successful applicant. Pay is   in accordance with   the SCHADS Level 3 Award.
