If you have experience within Investor Services and are passionate about delivering exceptional service, leading operational excellence, and supporting investors throughout the investment lifecycle, we would love to hear from you. Future opportunities may include responsibilities such as: Leading or supporting day-to-day Investor Services operations, ensuring activities are completed accurately and within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

Reviewing operational tasks and workflows to ensure investor transactions are processed accurately and within required timeframes. Monitoring and managing ageing and outstanding items across key MIS reports. Performing authorised Investor Services signatory responsibilities where applicable. Providing coaching, on-the-job training, and technical guidance to support team capability and development.

Driving cross-training initiatives to minimise key person dependency and strengthen business continuity. Coordinating with Share Registry teams to establish investor registers, client fund parameters, and investor statement production. Building strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, global teams, and external partners. Implementing operational controls to minimise processing errors, reduce operational risk, and protect client and investor confidentiality.

Participating in system enhancements, process improvement initiatives, and automation projects. Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational governance standards.
