As an EF Operations Manager, you'll manage the operational activities that support the full life cycle of equipment finance transactions, from documentation and closing through ongoing servicing and final payoff. You'll work directly with clients and internal partners to support a seamless transaction experience, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and helping ensure each transaction is handled accurately and efficiently.
You'll oversee the preparation and review of loan and lease documentation, monitor collateral documentation requirements, and help ensure transactions are booked accurately and maintained in line with internal standards. You'll also support payment processing, payoffs, and transaction monitoring while delivering a responsive, professional, and client-focused experience. In this role, you'll bring sound judgment and deep operational expertise to support accurate, timely, and well-controlled execution across the portfolio.

How you'll succeed Operational execution - Manage day-to-day equipment finance operations across the full transaction life cycle, including documentation, closing, servicing, payment processing, and payoffs.
Client support - Engage directly with clients to support transaction closing and servicing activities, respond to inquiries, and provide a high standard of professional, timely service. Documentation management - Review and coordinate loan, lease, and collateral documentation to help ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Transaction oversight - Monitor booked transactions and outstanding items, identify discrepancies or operational risks, and take action to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Partner collaboration - Work closely with internal partners across sales, credit, legal, and servicing teams to support smooth transaction closing and ongoing portfolio administration. Process improvement - Identify opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen controls, and enhance the efficiency and consistency of operational processes within Equipment Finance. You bring 10+ years of experience in equipment finance operations, including loan and lease documentation, transaction closing, servicing, collateral monitoring, and client interaction.
