Multiple casual opportunities supporting the scanning and processing of examination papers for the Faculty of Engineering, University of Sydney Paid, in-person onboarding and training provided on 12 November HEO 4 $59.13 per hour plus super   About the opportunity  The Faculty of Engineering are seeking three casual Exams Administration Officers to support the processing and scanning of examination papers during the Semester 2 examination period.

Working closely with the Faculty's Education Support Team, you will play an important role in ensuring examination papers are accurately processed, scanned, reconciled, and securely uploaded for marking.   These positions are based at the Faculty of Engineering (J12) on our Darlington Campus and will support the upcoming examination period, which will run from 16th – 28th November 2026 (including Saturdays 21 and 28 November) and again from 14 to 18 December. Please include your availability across these dates in your application.

  Your key responsibilities will be to:  Work closely with the Exams Office and Education Support Team to process examination papers  receive and reconcile examination papers against attendance records  prepare examination papers for scanning, including removing staples and sorting documents  scan examination papers, ensuring completeness and accuracy upload scanned examination papers to secure University systems  maintain accurate records and follow examination handling procedures.

  About you  Demonstrated experience undertaking administrative or operational support activities strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. ability to maintain continuous mobility for extended periods, including frequently transporting examination papers to and from printers   experience handling high-volume processing tasks with a focus on accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.  confidence using Microsoft Office and online document management systems  ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgement in relation to role responsibilities.

  Sponsorship / work rights for Australia   You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to be eligible to apply.
