This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, handling deliveries, and ensuring storage areas are clean, safe, and well-stocked. Ideal for someone detail-oriented and dependable, this position is essential to keeping our F&B operations running smoothly and efficiently. Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: Responsible for all food and beverage deliveries to all F&B locations.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse/stockroom/trailer. Daily stocking of products in storage areas. Receive and document orders from vendors/distributors. Assist in the completion of daily stock sheets with location supervisors. Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures. Keep all loading docks clean and clear of snow. Maintain and upkeep all vehicles of transportation including but not limited to carts, dollies, cargo vehicles.
Communicate any issues with company vehicles to the vehicle maintenance team. Proper documentation on inbound deliveries. Adheres to all company safety policies and procedures, actively contributing to a safe working environment for self, coworkers, and guests. This includes choosing alternative transportation, carpooling, using the employee shuttle, and avoiding onsite parking on weekends and peak days. These actions help reduce Scope 3 emissions, lead by example, and ensure adequate parking for our guests. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required by resort operations.
