Join us as a Finance AI Delivery Lead In this role, you’ll help define and oversee the strategy, roadmap and agentic AI vision for Finance You’ll establish effective governance across the Finance AI portfolio, managing risks and issues, and tracking milestones, dependencies, benefits and actions You’ll use data and insights to shape AI initiatives while coordinating delivery activities across Finance, Technology, Data and Architecture teams You'll attend the office in person a minimum of two days per week, with the rest of your time working from home What you'll do As a Finance AI Delivery Lead, you’ll help shape and deliver the Digital Finance AI agenda through the creation, development and scaling of AI solutions, experiments and strategic initiatives.
You’ll also lead the delivery and optimisation of innovative approaches to AI and intelligent automation that improve Finance processes, colleague experiences, decision-making and business outcomes. You’ll help translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, bringing structure, pace and transparency to the Finance AI portfolio. Your role will also involve: Supporting the Finance AI strategy, roadmap and agentic AI vision, translating priorities into AI experiments, pilots and strategic initiatives Working with key stakeholders across Finance, Technology, Data and Architecture to coordinate delivery and drive alignment on priorities, outcomes and value Defining the operating structure for the Finance AI portfolio, maintaining roadmaps and delivery plans, and supporting the prioritisation of initiatives and investment decisions Owning governance and risk management, ensuring appropriate mechanisms identify, report and mitigate risk within the defined risk appetite Producing executive updates, presentations, business cases and decision papers to support senior stakeholder engagement and effective decision-making Coordinating governance forums and workshops, maintaining action tracking, and supporting strategic initiatives across Digital Finance The skills you'll need To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience in programme, portfolio or transformation delivery, ideally involving AI-powered products, automation or digital transformation technologies.
You’ll also bring strong planning, organisation and delivery management skills, with experience coordinating business and technical teams to deliver new capabilities and measurable outcomes. You’ll also need: The ability to collaborate, share knowledge, educate and coach relevant teams Experience building and optimising business and technical processes in a fast-paced and evolving environment An understanding of the capabilities and limitations of machine learning, generative AI and natural language technologies The ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience and create high-quality executive communications and presentations Experience using stakeholder insight, data and evidence to inform planning, prioritisation and delivery decisions The ability to manage delivery plans, milestones, risks and dependencies across multiple initiatives Hours 35 Job Posting Closing Date: 25/09/2026 Ways of Working:Hybrid
