Job Description Global Quality Program Integration Manager At our company, we aspire to be the premier research-intensive biopharmaceutical company. Join our manufacturing division as a Global Quality Program Integration Manager and play a pivotal role in managing critical Global Quality Laboratory Transformation Initiatives, activities, and budgets.

Responsibilities Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders across various cross-functional groups at a regional and global level. Integrate numerous complex and aggressive workstream plans across multiple functions and external entities.

Resolve conflicts and make trade-offs between competing interests and priorities to ensure the overall success of the project. Facilitate key joint meetings together with alliance counterparts. Ensure streamlined and efficient communication, including scheduling touchpoint-based communications with key stakeholders and participating in cross-function execution and governance meetings. Work closely with accountable groups to ensure budget accountability and transparency with stakeholders and governance.

Track activity timing, anticipated risk, and mitigation of issues/conflict resolutions with alliance counterparts as well as internal stakeholders. Lead and contribute to process-improvement initiatives. Encourage overall operational excellence across all activities and projects. Assist with the planning, orchestrating, and support of business initiatives. Support projects that often involve multiple internal and external stakeholders, including budget planning, meeting planning, and agenda/meeting minutes.

Track and support multiple work-streams across multiple functional areas and multiple companies. Lead Microsoft Teams community stewardship. Support and execute communication plans that align to business objectives and project timelines and meet stakeholder needs. Interact with leadership to understand business goals and performance needs, develop and execute ways of working that align with our company's business strategy, and routinely engage with key stakeholders to ensure solutions continue to support and positively drive desired outcomes.

Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing / Quality Environment (understanding regulatory compliance, FDA/EMA inspection readiness, LIMS/ELN systems, and lab instrumentation) A minimum of five (5) years of project-management experience Experience with the planning, logistics, and facilitation of executive-level meetings internally and externally.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to work with regulatory, quality, capital, and/or scientific teams. Strong ability to influence and negotiate among teams and individuals with competing priorities and quickly guide teams to solutions in the best interest of the overall project. Ability to independently handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and function in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working effectively both independently and as part of a team. Ability to quickly and comprehensively learn about new subject areas and environments. Self-motivation, flexibility, resourcefulness, ability to problem solve, and a passion for science. Outstanding Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams skills. Demonstrated ability to apply approaches, tools, and techniques for working with peers and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
