About the location: Nestled along a two-mile (3.2-kilometre) stretch of beach in Puerto Rico’s Bahia Beach community, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico is also surrounded by its own 483-acre (195-hectare) private nature reserve. The property is seamlessly integrated with its natural surroundings, allowing guests and residents to immerse themselves in the white sand beaches, verdant walking trails, and myriad outdoor activities – from golf, tennis, swimming and beyond.
About the role : We’re looking for a welcoming and vibrant Host to be the face of our restaurant! As a Host, you'll help create inclusive, unforgettable dining experiences where everyone feels at home. Bring your energy, personality, and passion for people! What you will do: Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their dining experience in collaboration with a team of servers Manage the host stand, review the reservation book and make recommendations as to the setup of the table sections Ensure cleanliness of each section of the dining rooms and make necessary improvements as well as check each table prior to opening to ensure its proper set Print menus and collateral Communicate to guests and team members using systems Answering guests requests via multiple communication channels in regards to dining in the outlets Coordinate events with marketing team Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and restaurant information What you will bring: Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish , both written and spoken.
One to two years’ previous experience in Food & Beverage outlet; previous employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems Strong communication skills What we offer: Energizing Employee Culture where you are encouraged to be your true self!
