Housekeepers

Location: Marriott Madison West - TSOL Pay Rate: Hourly - Hourly Plan, 16.00 USD Hourly Work Shift: Job Description Responsibilities Housekeeper / Room Attendant Wage: $16/hour Full-time and part-time positions available Shift: 8 a.m.- 4 p.m We’re looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our housekeeping team! Clean guest rooms and public areas throughout the Hotel. Provide excellent service and quality to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where guests can relax.

Responsibilities  Clean assigned areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more Remove soiled linens, towels, and trash from guest rooms Make beds, replenish amenities, mop/vaccuum floors, and clean all surfaces and furniture in gues rooms  Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas Follow all cleaning procedures and best practices Provide friendly and kind service to all guests Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform Preferred: Housekeeping or laundry experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, hotel operations, healthcare) Physical Requirements Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift Pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift Must handle chemicals including bleach, wax, and disinfectants Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job HHS-Talent HHS-Temp
