Installation Planning & Engineering Analyst The Opportunity: As a facilities professional, you understand that accurate documentation, careful coordination, and attention to detail contribute significantly to effective installation master planning and engineering support. We need a motivated facilities spe cia list who can contribute to engineering and planning documentation efforts for the Marine Corps.

On our team, you’ll assist with supporting master planning and engineering analysis by validating field conditions, entering technical data, documenting basic infrastructure information, and helping prepare planning‑ related inputs. You’ll coordinate with Public Works, engineering teams, and planners to support planning, design, and requirements validation activities. Your ability to support documentation, identify discrepancies, and assist with analysis will help ensure technical and planning inputs remain organized, accurate, and mission‑aligned.

You Have: Knowledge of facilities management practices, engineering fundamentals, or installation operations Ability to assist with documentation, data entry, condition validation, or basic planning inputs Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to support documentation, scheduling, or scoping requirements Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree  and 2+ years of experience supporting facilities management, engineering coordination, installation operations, planning documentation, or infrastructure validation, or Master’s degree Nice If You Have: Experience supporting MCICOM, MCIPAC, NAVFAC, or DoD installation planning or engineering organizations Experience conducting field observations, basic engineering assessments, or supporting planning documentation Experience supporting data analysis, dashboard inputs, or workflow improvements Knowledge of infrastructure systems, condition assessments, or installation master planning processes Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred ; Master’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, or a related field a plus Facilities or Project Management Certification s such as CFM or PMP Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
