Must have skills : Network Operations & Service Management Good to have skills : SD-WAN Implementation Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of IT production systems and services to ensure seamless operation.

The role includes supporting the entire infrastructure service management lifecycle, focusing on maintaining client satisfaction and mitigating risks associated with service delivery. Daily activities include monitoring production systems and devices to guarantee their availability and operational status, coordinating with various teams to address any issues promptly, and ensuring that service commitments are consistently met to support business continuity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead LAN/WLAN current-state assessment and discovery. Develop and validate LAN/WLAN HLD/LLD. Design and implement Aruba Switching solutions. Design and implement Aruba Wireless solutions. Work with Aruba Central for configuration, monitoring and management. Support campus LAN/WLAN modernization and technology refresh. Develop site migration and cutover strategies. Validate switch, wireless and network configurations.

Support deployment waves and site migrations. Troubleshoot complex LAN/WLAN issues. Coordinate with Prisma SD-WAN, NAC/security and infrastructure teams. Support post-migration validation and stabilization. Define deployment standards and configuration templates. Mandatory Skills Aruba Switching – Mandatory Aruba Wireless – Mandatory Aruba Central – Mandatory Enterprise LAN/WLAN Routing & Switching Wireless design and troubleshooting Network migration Network deployment Preferred Aruba ClearPass 802.1X Network automation Cisco networking experience Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Operations & Service Management.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SD-WAN Implementation. - Strong knowledge of network infrastructure components and service management frameworks. - Ability to analyze and resolve complex operational issues affecting network services. - Experience in monitoring tools and techniques to ensure high availability of production systems. - Skilled in coordinating with multiple stakeholders to maintain service quality and compliance.
