In this position, as an IT Desktop Technician I , will assist with technical support to desktop computers/laptops, applications, and related technology. This includes performing equipment installation/upgrades, troubleshooting and problem resolution, asset management, and preventative maintenance in accordance with standard guidelines and procedures. This position will interface with other information technology team members, as well as employees, leaders, and physicians on a regular basis to support information technology needs.
Communicates with customer throughout the lifecycle of the provided service to ensure the customer stays informed. Documents all actions of end-user requests and/or problem resolution using tracking management systems. Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers of Banner Health with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.
The typical schedule for this role is Monday-Friday 8a-5p with limited schedule flexibility, On-call support is required, including some holidays. This is an onsite role based primarily at Banner Payson Medical Center in Payson, Arizona. T his is a rural 25 bed Critical Access hospital , and there are surrounding Banner Clinics as well. An ideal candidate would have an associate degree and at least 2 years Information Technology experience and is self-motivated and able to work independently .

Interacts as part of a team and can support some company Information Technology infrastructure, networks, hardware and applications.
