Together, we’re improving health and improving lives. Labcorp is seeking a remote Lead Product Owner, Real World Data to join our team. Location: Remote Work Schedule: This is a full‑time, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a First Shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible.

Job Responsibilities Product Planning Partner with Real World Data leadership and senior stakeholders to refine and execute the product roadmap. Translate product strategy into detailed product vision, requirements, specifications, and execution plans.
Collaborate with business leaders, business development, marketing, and other stakeholders to define use cases and develop products for new customer segments. Identify and evaluate product requirements, dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations. Contribute to business case development and return-on-investment analyses. Prepare and deliver presentations that communicate strategic initiatives, business value, and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Monitor emerging technologies, market trends, and innovations relevant to Real World Data products and customer needs. Product Development Lead coordination of product development activities throughout the product lifecycle. Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams. Identify resource requirements and partner with stakeholders to support product development needs.
Coordinate with project and delivery teams to support release planning and delivery timelines. Collaborate with technical teams, business partners, and subject matter experts to clarify requirements and delivery expectations. Facilitate discussions that support decision-making, requirement validation, and workflow optimization. Communicate product progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership.
Serve as the primary point of contact for product requirements, feature definition, and product-related inquiries. Operational Excellence Oversee development and maintenance of product documentation, requirements, and supporting materials. Verify that products and features meet established requirements and acceptance criteria. Support adoption of Agile methodologies and continuous improvement activities.
Collaborate with technical, business development, and commercial operations teams to support successful product delivery. Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.
