Job Description Bring value to yourself and the organization by putting your superpowers to work! To Maintain and Manage the LEGO equipment through the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance. Maintenance Supervisor Drives LEGO equipment reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement through TPM. Reduces maintenance costs while upholding safety and quality standards, supporting daily production, process optimization, and new machinery rollout projects.
Core Responsibilities : Keep the LEGO equipment in appropriate conditions to ensure the production according companies trust and product quality. Coordinate Maintenance personnel to execute maintenances as planned, problem solving, as well as to have the spare parts necessary for these activities. Manage Maintenance personnel according to the company policies and LEGO Maintenance strategy. Feedback, supervision and set individual and group goals.
Support other departments. Ensure development of Corrective and Preventive Maintenance activities, create and execute continuous improvement plans. React efficiently into possible production plan changes . Problem solving using root cause. Tracking training process and evaluation of personal . Report down time and relevant issues during shift to improve. Share knowledge and experiences with other sites.
Comply with the requirements of IMS. Keep support 24/7 to production and maintenance. Active participation in LCI/Six Sigma tools. Communicate with all stakeholders, supervisors, engineers, to meet customer needs Do you have what it takes? Demonstrated ex perience in maintenance area or industrial machines (mechanic, electric and electronic). Automation & Maintenance: Automation, PLC (Siemens, Rockwell), robotics, pneumatics, mechanics, electrical systems, and TPM (Preventive/Corrective).
Software & Safety: AutoCAD, MS Office, industrial drawings, Lean tools, and Sick Safety standards. Work Conditions: Global travel required ; flexibility for weekend/off-shift work during implementations. Leadership, self-direction, and proactive problem-solving. Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and team communication. English Fluent Level. Note: This position is based at our LEGO NL manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores.
