Our client base includes existing clients that have grown organically, as well as new clients that we have recently acquired. This opportunity will also enable you to work with a global team to develop our private markets coverage and associated services in EMEA. Due to the nature of our clients, having prior experience working for a private markets fund manager would be a strong advantage in the position.

The successful candidate will be expected to have strong written and verbal communications skills, a proven ability to multi-task, and outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills. Here are some of the key duties below: Lead and manage a team of fund accountants, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members. Manage client deliverables and coordinate with different internal departments in multiple jurisdictions to ensure deadlines are met.

Manage client onboarding and transitions from a fund accounting perspective. Oversee the end-to-end fund accounting process, including daily/weekly/monthly NAV calculations, financial statement preparation, and regulatory reporting. Review and approve complex accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial statements. Act as the primary points of daily contact for clients, ensure to communicate promptly and professionally with clients and develop ongoing relationship.

Prepare appropriate material and responses for client meetings and other requests. Coordinate, support and facilitate the external audit process and other third party reporting Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements. Provide input to client service plans, calendars and timelines. What You Will Bring: Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, general ledgers and financial statements, within Private Markets.

Experienced people manager or supervisor who enjoys upskilling and coaching their direct reports. Knowledge of US GAAP/UK GAAP and IFRS. Strong client service focus, including the ability to effectively respond to client needs. Meet internal and external demands
