The Manager, Vendor Management leads the strategy and execution of vendor partnerships that support Human Resources operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective service delivery from third-party providers. You will drive performance, strengthen governance, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

This is a high-impact role with visibility across global HR and the opportunity to shape vendor strategy and service excellence. Key Responsibilities:  Lead end-to-end vendor management activities, including selection, onboarding, performance monitoring, and offboarding  Establish and manage vendor governance frameworks, including KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements  Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance vendor performance, service quality, operational efficiency, and the overall employee experience  Monitor vendor financials, including spend, cost trends, billing accuracy, savings opportunities, and budget alignment  Manage the strategic relationship between J&J and vendors, ensuring strong partnership, clear accountability, and fair outcomes that protect and favor J&J’s interests  Partner with HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and cross-functional teams to align vendor strategies with business objectives  Analyze vendor performance and financial data to identify risks, opportunities, service improvements, and cost optimization strategies  Oversee contract lifecycle management, including negotiations, renewals, and adherence to contractual obligations  Ensure contract clauses are fair, clearly understood, and implemented effectively in day-to-day vendor operations  Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance across all vendor engagements  Manage escalations and resolve vendor-related issues in a timely and effective manner  Develop and standardize vendor management processes, tools, and best practices across HR operations  Qualifications  Education:   • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or a related field required  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred  Experience and Skills:  Required:   Approximately 6–8 years of relevant experience in vendor ma
