Responsibilities include: Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled therapeutic interventions focused on ADLs, functional independence, safety, and quality of life Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members Educate residents and families on adaptive equipment, home safety, therapeutic techniques, and strategies for greater independence Participate in care planning and discharge planning as appropriate Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Qualifications Current and active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care New graduates are encouraged to apply!
