Position Overview: Mastercam seeks a Salesforce System Administrator who is a key member of the Digital Enablement team, responsible for resolving support cases assigned to Digital Enablement. The Salesforce System Administrator ensures efficient system administration, including user access, roles, profiles, and permission sets. The position requires expertise in Salesforce administration and reporting tools, ensuring proper system access and timely resolution of support cases.

Key Responsibilities: Essential Duties & Responsibilities Act as tier one support for Digital Enablement managing, resolving, and escalating support cases accordingly within the Salesforce platform. Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure compliance and efficiency. Troubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and ensure smooth adoption of new Salesforce features.

Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and industry best practices, proactively recommending enhancements to Digital Enablement team. Document configurations, processes, and best practices to support team knowledge-sharing and compliance. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201); Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) is highly preferred.
