Your Next Career Opportunity – Senior Enterprise Applications Support Analyst The Senior Enterprise Applications Support Analyst is responsible for delivering advanced application support, driving operational excellence, and supporting enterprise-wide systems across HR and business functions.
This role combines analytical expertise with functional system knowledge to support ongoing transformation efforts within Enterprise Applications Support. What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities Provide enterprise-wide support for one or more ERP and business applications, including Dynamics GP, CLM, CRM/DS365, Enterprise Content Management systems (Perceptive/Hyland, SharePoint), UiPath (RPA), Oracle, Workiva, custom-developed in-house applications, and future implemented solutions.
Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise applications, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident resolution, and timely follow-up to meet internal customer needs. Deliver excellent customer service by developing a strong understanding of the company’s business, responding effectively to internal customers, and following through on commitments. Advise, support, and guide users in the effective use of ERP and enterprise applications, including facilitating end-user training as needed.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions that support operational and business objectives. Support system integrations, data flows, software enhancements
