Job Description Summary: Position Overview Cambridge Associates is seeking a proactive, consultative Recruiter to support US hiring across Shared Services and Investment Operations functions.
This role will partner closely with hiring managers and Human Capital colleagues to deliver high-quality, inclusive recruiting processes for a range of technical, operational, and business-critical positions. The successful candidate will bring demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience, including exposure to IT and Investment Operations talent markets. They will be comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously, advising stakeholders on talent strategy, and delivering a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
Job Description: Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for positions across Shared Services (A&F, IT, Legal) and Investment Operations including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer development, and onboarding handoff. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, establish recruiting strategies, calibrate candidate profiles, and manage search progress.
Recruit for a range of technology roles, such as software engineering, data and analytics, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and technology project management. Recruit for Investment Operations roles, such as trade operations, client reporting, performance and data operations, portfolio administration, reconciliation, treasury, and investment systems support. Build and maintain diverse pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, professional networks, recruiting platforms, and external search partners where appropriate.
Conduct initial candidate assessments, evaluating technical or operational experience, motivation, career trajectory, communication skills, and alignment with role requirements and firm culture. Deliver a professional, responsive, and well-managed candidate experience throughout the process. Advise hiring teams on market conditions, talent availability, compensation trends, candidate feedback, and process improvements.
Coordinate structured interview processes, support interviewer preparation, and ensure timely collection and synthesis of feedback. Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system and ensure adherence to data privacy, employment-law, and internal policy requirements. Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on recruiting best practices.
Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives, including employer branding, process optimization, workforce planning, and diversity-focused recruiting strategies. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. 4–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally gained within financial services, professional services, technology, asset management, or another complex, regulated environment.
