Pay Range: $28.14 - $42.21 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Social Worker to join our team. Clinical Social Workers are critical members of the patient care team and have the important responsibility of caring for patients and their families at potentially stressful and uncertain times.
Offering assistance via counseling or discharge planning these licensed and trained professionals provide high-quality care through the provision of social work services. Position Specifics: o Department: Care Management o Core Function: Behavioral Health/Social Work o Schedule: Fulul Time, 40 hrs/wk, Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm o Facility: St. John's Hospital o Location: Springfield, IL o Compensation that aligns with your experience Education Masters-Social Work-Required Experience 3 Years-Social Services-Preferred3 Years-Discharge Planning-Preferred Certifications Licenses and Registrations In some circumstances BLS certification may be required within 45 days of hire.
