- Coordinate development of substantiation packages, claim narratives, chronologies, and supporting documentation in collaboration with planning, site management, sourcing, finance, and legal teams. - Evaluate and manage customer-facing and supplier/subcontractor-facing claims, including affirmative and defensive positions. - Maintain comprehensive notices, changes, and claims registers with status, ownership, due dates, and estimated commercial and schedule impacts.

Interface Management and Dependency Control - Monitor contractual and commercial interfaces among GE Vernova, SRP, civil/EPC contractors, erection subcontractors, major suppliers, and other third parties. - Track dependencies affecting GE Vernova scope, including access conditions, design inputs, embedded parts, controls and protection interfaces, balance-of-plant interfaces, and predecessor/successor work.

- Identify, document, and escalate interface issues that may affect cost, schedule, productivity, quality, or entitlement. - Support development and maintenance of interface matrices, responsibility mapping, and cross-functional issue resolution processes.
