As a Senior Strategic Clinical Program Manager / Clinical Scientist, you will play a critical role in defining and executing clinical evidence strategies that shape product development, regulatory pathways, reimbursement, and therapy adoption.

Identify evidence gaps and create plans to generate data that support regulatory, reimbursement, and market adoption goals. Establish evidence roadmaps across the product lifecycle, from early innovation through post-market evidence generation.
Translate complex clinical and scientific data into actionable recommendations. Drive End-to-End Evidence Generation Guide the development of clinical study concepts, evidence generation plans, and research strategies. Partner with Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, R&D, Medical Affairs, HEOR, and Marketing teams to execute evidence plans. Interpret study outcomes and recommend how evidence should be leveraged to advance business and therapy objectives.
Evaluate emerging evidence generation approaches, including real-world evidence and digital health technologies. Advance Data-Driven Clinical Innovation Incorporate real-world data sources, including EMR, claims, registry, and observational datasets, into evidence strategies. Collaborate with Data Science teams to evaluate AI/ML-driven insights and digital biomarkers. Assess innovative methodologies that can strengthen clinical decision-making and accelerate evidence generation.
Influence Across a Matrixed Organization Provide clinical strategy leadership across multiple programs and cross-functional teams. Influence key stakeholders and drive alignment from early-stage development through commercialization. Partner with key opinion leaders, investigators, and scientific advisors to validate evidence strategies. Support scientific publications, presentations, and external evidence dissemination activities.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical strategy, clinical development, evidence generation, or related healthcare field, OR Advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience Demonstrated experience developing and e
