Driving store performance through coaching in the moment and leading by example on the showroom floor. Creating a culture focused on exceptional customer experiences, accountability, and results. Training, and developing talent to build a strong and engaged team. Ensuring operational excellence, including merchandising standards, inventory management, and overall showroom presentation. Partnering with leadership to execute business strategies and drive continued store growth.
