Remote Location Indiana Summer Intern - Marketing, Global Software Solutions (GSS) - Carmel, IN/Remote, IN Summer Intern - Marketing, Global Software Solutions (GSS) We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our Global Software Solutions (GSS) team.

Reporting directly to the Director of Brand & Solutions Marketing, you will get a front-row seat to how a global organization markets its software portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience across a wide variety of B2B marketing disciplines, working with multiple fast-growing software brands in the PropTech and access control space (including Zentra, Gatewise, and more).

If you are eager to learn how marketing drives revenue, supports sales, and launches new products into the market, this is the internship for you. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position. What You Will Do: Multi-Brand Marketing: Support day-to-day marketing operations and campaign execution across multiple GSS software brands, learning how to tailor messaging to different audiences.

Digital Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the creation, execution, and performance tracking of digital campaigns, including email marketing, website updates, and lead generation initiatives. SDR Program Alignment: Collaborate with our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to see firsthand how marketing and sales work together to drive pipeline, qualify leads, and close deals. Trade Show Strategy & Prep: Help plan the logistics, booth strategy, and pre/post-show marketing communications for major industry trade shows and events.

Product Launches: Participate in go-to-market planning, helping the team build collateral, messaging, and campaigns for new product development and feature launches. Public Relations (PR): Support our PR efforts by helping draft press releases, researching media opportunities, and tracking brand coverage in industry publications. Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive audits to help our team stay ahead of industry trends and refine our brand positioning.

What You Need to Succeed: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Graphic Design Proficiency: Hands-on experience creating visually engaging marketing assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or Canva. A strong interest in B2B marketing, software/SaaS, or the technology sector. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you know how to write clearly and persuasively).

Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. A proactive, "sponge-like" mentality—you are eager to ask questions, learn new systems, and jump into projects. Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts; experience with platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus. Why Work for Us?
