The facility also contains a segregated hormone manufacturing area that meets current regulatory requirements. In addition to the manufacturing of traditional animal based gelatin softgels, St. Petersburg site manufactures products in non-gelatin based OptiShell® and Vegicaps® to expand the range of molecules that can be encapsulated.
Position Summary We have an opportunity for a Technical Marketing Content Lead (PCH) to join our team. In this role, you will lead the scientific content strategy and thought leadership agenda for the Pharma Services business in partnership with Corporate Marketing. You will develop and maintain a content roadmap aligned with business growth objectives and create scientific narratives, messaging frameworks, and thought leadership materials.
This position involves close collaboration with internal scientists, external experts, and cross-functional teams to ensure technical accuracy and impactful communication. Location: St. Petersburg, FL 100% Onsite - 15% global travel requirements The Role Lead the scientific content strategy and thought leadership agenda supporting the Pharma Services business in partnership with Corporate Marketing Develop and maintain a content roadmap aligned with business growth objectives Create scientific narratives, messaging frameworks, executive presentations, keynote content, and thought leadership materials that support PCH strategic initiatives Support preparation of presentations, speeches, panel discussions, customer-facing communications, and executive thought leadership content for senior PCH leadership Collaborate with internal scientists and external experts to validate technical accuracy and scientific relevance Partner closely with product managers, scientists, commercial leaders, digital marketing teams, and global marketing colleagues Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and external scientific contributors as needed Support industry conferences, scientific events, and speaking opportunities through content development, presentation support, and thought leadership planning Other duties as assigned The Candidate Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Scientific Communications, Marketing, or a related scientific discipline Minimum five years of experience in life sciences, biotechnology, biopharma, scientific marketing, product management, product marketing, scientific communications, or a related field Experience supporting life sciences tools, technologies, services, or biopharmaceutical development workflows Background in product marketing, product management, scientific consulting, or technical commercial roles Strong understanding of macromolecules, biologics, proteins, antibodies, nucleic acids, or related therapeutic areas Preferred Skills & Background Advanced scientific degree (Master of Science, Doctor of Philosophy, or Master of Business Administration) Experience in drug development, formulation, o
