We are proud to offer excellent opportunities for talented individuals to join the roaring team of MGM China. 我們誠邀才華出眾的您，把握美高梅中國事業​機會，與金獅再闖另一座高峰。 Job Responsibilities: Install and support IT equipment like PCs, laptops, printers, thin clients and monitors Install and support standard office applications like Microsoft Office, Adobe Products Install corporate casino, hotel and back-of-house applications on PCs/laptops Systems/Servers/Network Monitoring and identify the problems with the alarms/incidents shown and escalate the problem to management or 2nd level support Provide phone support to users as 1st level support Reset user’s password based on verbal authentication Job Requirements: Experience with technical skill on supporting and trouble-shooting problems with PCs/laptops/printers/thin clients/monitors Experience with technical skill on supporting and trouble-shooting problems with office applications like Microsoft Office, Adobe Products Relevant working experience in casino or hotel industry will be an advantage Bachelor degree preferred but not mandatory Fluent in writing and spoken English and Chinese Self-motivate and willing to learn
