Manufacturing Supervisor (Business Process Support)

We are seeking a Business Process Support (BPS) team member to provide leadership and support within our manufacturing operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring production processes run smoothly, quality standards are maintained, and associates have the support they need to succeed. What You'll Do Support daily manufacturing operations across multiple work centers. Help ensure production goals, quality standards, and customer requirements are met.

Provide guidance, training, coaching, and support to manufacturing associates. Monitor and enforce safety policies, procedures, and best practices. Assign work and coordinate activities to keep production flowing efficiently. Assist with problem-solving, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain effective communication between teams and departments. Support adherence to Centro's quality system and manufacturing processes.

What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Manufacturing experience preferred; leadership experience is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to coach, mentor, and support team members. Commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
