Regional Director of Facilities & Construction – Central FL Location: ChampionsGate / Central FL Hub (Statewide Travel) Reports To: VP of Compliance & COO Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 About Us SMART Management supports BridgePrep Academy , a network of 25+ K–12 charter schools across Florida providing student-centered, bilingual education. Position Overview We are seeking a Regional Director of Facilities & Construction based in Central Florida to serve as the operational anchor for school facilities, safety, and campus expansion.

Reporting to VP of Compliance, you will manage external contractors, preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance, and site logistics with regular statewide travel. Key Responsibilities Capital & Vendor Management: Oversee major renovations, site test fits, contractor performance, and network-wide vendor service agreements. Campus Operations: Support campus principals with rapid maintenance resolution, preventive schedules, and work order tracking.

Safety & Compliance: Maintain full compliance with local/state facility codes, life-safety inspections, permits, and CO tracking. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Facilities, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 3–5+ years of multi-site facilities or construction leadership experience. Working knowledge of commercial building systems, budgeting, and contractor oversight. Willingness for regular statewide travel; must pass a Level 2 background screening.
