Job Description JOB TITLE: Sandwich Staff REPORTS TO: General Manager Job Type Part Time Employee DEPARTMENT: West Corporate Store LOCATION: Brea, CA Position Overview: We are looking for a Sandwich Staff to join our Tous Les Jours Brea Store. The Sandwich Staff position is responsible for preparing sandwiches and food items according to recipes and customer orders while maintaining product quality, freshness, and food safety.

Supports daily store operations by maintaining a clean, organized work area and assisting with stocking and other duties. Job Responsibilities: Prepare sandwiches and other food items according to company recipes and standards. Prepare and portion ingredients such as vegetables, meats, cheeses, and sauces. Follow customer orders accurately and prepare products in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary food preparation area.

Properly store and label ingredients and follow food safety guidelines. Check product quality and freshness throughout the shift. Assist with stocking, cleaning, and other store duties as needed. Work efficiently and cooperatively in a fast-paced bakery environment. Qualifications: Previous food service or sandwich preparation experience preferred but not required. Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately.

Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety. Reliable, responsible, and able to work well with a team. Good communication and customer service skills. Able to stand for extended periods and lift food supplies. Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
