Admitting Representative A-5360

Responsible for obtaining complete and accurate patient data during the registration/admission process, the assignment of beds for all inpatient admissions, insurance verification, obtaining consents for admission along with required forms. Capture data required for processing of Birth Certificates, Paternity Forms, Spontaneous Termination of Pregnancy Forms and Death Certificates. Inform patient of hospital policies regarding admission process.

Responsible for overall functionality and the assistance of walk-ins to the Patient and Family Service Center.
