YOUR MISSION (The Job Description) The Bike Officer must be friendly, courteous, and levelheaded always, yet fair and firm in solving potential problems or guest concerns. Must be able to work under the guidance, leadership and direction of the Shift Manager, Lead/Supervisor and dual rate Lead. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to perform essential duties in a satisfactory manner.

The Incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the casino activities for the Virgin Hotel Las Vegas in accordance with corporate policy and Nevada State regulations. Must possess mathematical skills, ability to observe and remember details, follow direction effectively and communicate in English.
The Incumbent maintains a patient, friendly demeanor, possesses effective listening skills, and has a proven record of good judgment. The Incumbent is responsible for the protection of property, community policing, parking and traffic, crime prevention and service training. The Incumbent in this position is responsible for maintaining good public relations, and assisting guests and Team Members as needed.
