This position is limited to employees who are in the Customer Service and Gas Operations / Distribution divisions. Primary Purpose Develops integrated cost and schedule control processes to improve project visibility and performance. Partners with project teams to deliver reliable forecasts and actionable insights for decision-making. Duties and Responsibilities Prepares project performance reports summarizing cost variances, schedule delays, and progress trends.
Performs variance analysis including schedule and cost variances using indices such as the schedule performance index (SPI) and cost performance index (CPI). Contributes to the development and implementation of earned value and portfolio schedule management. Contributes to risk management activities, identifying key risks and proposing actions to mitigate their impact on project performance. Develops dashboards and visual tools to communicate project health to stakeholders.
Identifies process improvement opportunities to reduce duplication of effort and improve work quality. Performs independent quality assurance reviews of project control inputs (progress updates, forecasts, assumptions) to validate data credibility prior to formal analysis. Supports scenario development for potential scope or execution changes by preparing alternative control approaches and impact narratives.
