Consumer Lending Collection Specialist

Maintain knowledge of collection policies, manuals, the legalities that apply to collections. Work closely with dealers for cancellation of insurance products. Work with loan officers for collection purposes. Retrieve delinquency reports. Make initial contact (telephone, letter or face-to-face) with loan customers whose accounts are delinquent in accordance. Other duties as assigned.
