The ideal candidate is professional, pleasant and possess the ability to function equally well in both a team environment and independently. You will act as a liaison between dispatchers, supervisors and other departments therefore, strong interpersonal, communication and active listening skills are a must. It is also important that you interact effectively with both customers and co-workers. One to three years related experience is preferred.
