Champions innovation in communication practices and technologies to enhance reach and engagement. Ensures alignment of communication strategies with organizational priorities and employee needs.
Represents the communication function in executive forums and influences company-wide initiatives. Leads succession planning and talent development for the communication team. Performs other duties as assigned.
