Field WHS ProTech3

FIELD WHS PROTECH3 Position Overview and Expectations: The Field WHS ProTech3 has the ability to independently maintain, diagnose and repair at a proficient level of all classes of warehouse equipment and products. The Field WHS ProTech3 communicates service department processes or workflow improvements/ideas to the dealerships service managers. They will consistently display abilities in leadership by taking charge of service situations or issues and helping to resolve and implement countermeasures.

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Technician will ensure proper maintenance is performed on any ProLift Warehouse Solutions vehicles assigned Maintain adequate and accurate parts inventory assigned Perform the service job on time and right the first time Repair and service warehouse and loading dock equipment Diagnose problems Obtain parts and technical information needed to repair equipment Project a positive image by interacting with fellow employees, customers and management in a cooperative, supportive and courteous manner Accurately communicate appropriate information to those who need to know on a timely basis Maintain acceptable personal and work area standards for safety Communicate positively and courteously with our customers Accurately complete work orders, time cards , support information, etc.

and turn in on a timely basis on a tablet Op erate lift trucks , truck mounted cranes, and aerial equipment Read and comprehend technical and installation manuals Use proper test equipment for troubleshooting Own and maintain hand tools as required by management. (Current tool list inventory required to be on file) Complete work orders thru tablet software Manage customer service initiatives (Customer Satisfaction Program and Loyalty Guarantee) Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values, mission and purpose of "Helping People Carry the Load" to ensure we are customers', vendors' and associates' "Indispensable Partner".

Promote the TLM "Toyota Lean Management" philosophy Protects organizations values by keeping information confidential and ability to handle sensitive information Working Conditions and Abilities (including but not limited to): W ork outdoors in outdoor conditions including rain or snow Work around exhaust fumes, gas, diesel, solvents, paints, thinners, etc. Noisy conditions in shop -- air tools, compressors, truck lift, running engines Walk up and down stairs, occasionally Climb and work from ladders occasionally Lift/ push/pull objects up to 75 lbs.
