This includes: Line loading Repacking Visual Inspection Sorting Starting Wage: $16.00 We offer a 2nd shift differential of $2.50 per hour and 3 rd shift differential of $3.00 per hour The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
At ANBM, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Follow all company rules and regulations related to environmental, health, and safety. Safely operate pallet jacks to lift and transfer materials from one place to another.
Supply components to hoppers, indexing poles or conveyors. Load parts from the basket to machine conveyor. Remove finished parts from the machines. Inspect as necessary and pack properly. Visually inspect components and parts for defects, sort and disassemble defect parts.
