As an Assembly Associate, you will play a hands-on role in crafting our world-class pontoon and deck boats from the ground up.

- Assemble high-quality marine components, structures, hardware, and accessories using standard hand and power tools - Inspect finished parts and assemblies to ensure they meet our rigorous safety, quality, and craft standards - Collaborate with cross-functional team members to maintain clean, safe, and efficient production lines. - Participate in training programs expand your manufacturing skill set and advance within the company.

Position Overview Production Tier 1 competency level ranges from no experience to approximately (6) months of transferable job experience. In order to remain an employee in good standing the employee must meet these minimum requirements.
