Gymnastics Instructor

· Teach classes/programs based on the YMCA’s Sport Philosophy. · Incorporate the YMCA’s mission of developing healthy mind, body, and spirit into programs. · Ability to supervise 8-9 students with control, enthusiasm and proper safety precautions. · Ability to demonstrate basic gymnastics skills (forward roll, backward roll, running and jumping.) · Make sure all participants have a fun, enjoyable time.

· Plan and lead classes/programs as scheduled. · Compile program records including attendance, questionnaires, evaluations, accident/incident reports, and incentive plans. · Attend all staff meetings.
