Handler Hardware R&D Engineer

Responsibilities Be responsible for the design and development of hardware systems for semiconductor test handlers ; Lead the overall solution design and optimization of the handler hardware system, covering mechanical structure, motion control, thermal management, and other system integration modules ; De fine debugging plans and acceptance criteria , lead prototype assembly, functional testing, reliability evaluation, and on-site validation; Conduct root cause analysis and continuous optimization of handler related issues and improve system performance metrics such as reliability, UPH, JAM rate, and MTBF; Prepare and maintain R&D documentation, design specifications, test reports, user manuals , and ensure effective internal knowledge transfer; Provide technical support, issue analysis, and improvement solutions for customer sites and internal field service teams.
