Job Description As a Shift Leader, you will support daily restaurant operations by supervising team members, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining food quality and cleanliness standards. You will serve as a role model for your team while helping drive operational efficiency during assigned shifts. You'll contribute to an environment that values teamwork and quality, ensuring every guest enjoys the delicious food we're known for.
