Primary Purpose Manages a plant section, aligns people, budgets, and maintenance plans, and drives cross‑functional initiatives that improve reliability and customer impact. Duties and Responsibilities Manages a plant area or related sections and aligns people, budget, and maintenance plans to deliver results. Owns area key performance indicators and improvement programs for reliability and cost. Approves procedures, staffing plans, and qualifications for area operations.
Leads outage planning and execution for the area, coordinating scope, schedule, and risk. Manages contractor performance, safety, and contract deliverables. Prepares and manages operating and capital budgets for the area. Ensures environmental and safety reporting is timely and accurate. Partners with system or market operations on availability commitments. Performs other duties as assigned.
