JOB TITLE : Manufacturing Engineering Intern – Summer 2027 LOCATION: Capewell Aerial Systems –South Windsor, CT WHAT YOU WILL DO : Gain firsthand experience with the challenges of the aerospace industry and manufacturing engineering, while contributing to meaningful business improvements. Complete operational tasks and project-based work. Maintain a safe and clean work area. Work cooperatively with other employees to meet department and company goals.
Present your work and learning outcomes to management at the end of the internship. This internship also serves as a gateway to full-time employment, and we’re looking for students who are excited about continuing their journey with us after graduation. Full-time employment is not guaranteed and will depend on individual performance during the internship as well as the company’s evolving business needs.
OTHER DUTIES: Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors or management to support departmental and organizational objectives. This position requires personal protective equipment on the shop floor where all require safety glasses and composite toe safety shoes.
