(ITAR/EAR jobs) Must wear safety glasses when not using a Scope or a magnifying glass Must have at least 20/20 corrected vision Must have fine hand and wrist manipulation Shift: 1st (7:00 - 3:15) Additional Skills/Knowledge Preferred: Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge Use of micrometers, calipers and optical comparators Math skills: such as Geometry and/or Trigonometry Experience with Medical Polishing and/or Aerospace finishing Must be able to read and follow process sheets Must have fine hand and wrist manipulation Must be able to work around sharp or moving machine components May have to stand for long periods of time Need to be able to look through microscopes occasionally Need to know how to spin round parts to achieve certain finishes Blend welds, bring parts to high buffed finish and/or satin finishes The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
