Physical Education Climbing Wall Staff Leader

Climbing Wall Staff are responsible for managing risk at the climbing wall while facilitating a welcoming and inclusive environment for Grinnell College students, faculty, staff, and community members. Responsibilities: Assisting patrons in the correct use of climbing wall equipment Belaying patrons for top rope climbing Upholding and enforcing climbing wall policies and procedures Managing set up and clean up of the climbing wall Inspecting climbing wall equipment Responding to medical emergencies at the climbing wall
