What You Will Do: Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to ensure accurate startup, efficient line speeds, and consistent product quality and safety. Perform basic maintenance and assist with preventative repairs to keep equipment and facility infrastructure in optimal operating condition.
Conduct and document routine quality checks, including HACCP monitoring and downtime reporting, using systems such as SAP and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble production lines and equipment to meet sanitation and operational standards. Perform regular cleaning, inspection, and lubrication of equipment during extended production runs to support continuous, safe operation.
What You Will Bring: High school diploma or GED. 3+ years of related experience. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical activities (Lifting up to 50 lbs., and bending, carrying, pushing, pulling and other activities as needed). Comfortable standing and walking on concrete for long periods of time in cold and/or hot temperatures throughout your shift.
