RPA Developer

D esign and Development : Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation. Design, develop, and test RPA solutions using leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc. Create and maintain detailed documentation of automated processes. Implementation : Deploy RPA solutions in production environments and ensure their smooth operation. Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure they run correctly.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of RPA solutions. Maintenance and Support : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions. Modify existing bots to improve efficiency and adapt to changes in the business environment. Ensure compliance with established governance and security standards. Training and Collaboration : Train and mentor junior RPA developers and business users on RPA tools and best practices.

Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions. Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in RPA technology and methodologies. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Participate in RPA community forums and share knowledge with the team.
