Develops long-term plans to improve supplier performance, reduce expenses, and increase the overall value of goods and services. Tracks and reports cost savings achieved through supplier initiatives and disciplined purchasing practices. Oversees contract discussions and advises internal teams on evaluating and selecting supplier proposals.
